
| Policies Shipping Information All orders typically ship within 24 hours. Standard Shipping (4-5 business days) cost is usually $8.50 for the first pair + $2.50 for every additional pair in the order. Shipments to residences will incur additional charges(around $2.00). Custom diabetic inserts normally take 48 hours to ship. Please allow up to a week for accommodations, toe fills, and other patient specific modifications. Return Policy Shoes Returns are accepted up to 45 days after order ships. All returns must be in original box and contain original spacers to receive credit. Boxes that have writing, tape, dirt or other marks on them will be charged a $5 per pair re-boxing fee. Shoes must be clean and free of any visible signs of wear including soles. Heat moldable inserts must be in original poly bags and not have foot impressions on them. Accounts that have our fit trial displays will never pay for returns. Otherwise return postage is responsibility of account.(Unless returning an impression box). AFO's Custom AFO's may be returned for minor modifications such as (opening tongue area, make tighter across dorsal surface, add padding or make lateral pocket for ulceration or bony prominence) Without any additional cost. If you require we remake the device from scratch there will be a $99 charge to remake the device. (shortening the footplate on the device is considered a remake as the leather would have to be pulled from the device and then new leather used to recover the device). Payment All new accounts must pre pay the first order on a credit card. After first order most accounts will be eligible for 30 day terms. Statements are sent at the beginning of each month. Individual invoices can be faxed or mailed. Please notify us if you want each invoice sent to your accounts payable office. Privacy Policy We believe that strong electronic privacy is crucial.
